- Monthly or quarterly reports Reports on a schedule we agree at the start, showing how the business is going and where the money went.
- Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks You keep the software you already use. As a Xero Gold Partner, we can also help set up a new Xero file or tidy an old one.

What we need from you
- Access to your accounting software (Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks) and your bank and card feeds
- Supplier bills, receipts and sales invoices, or access to the apps that capture them
- Employee details, pay rates, award or agreement information and super fund details, if we run payroll
- Your BAS and payroll reporting history
- A main contact who can answer coding questions

Common questions
Do you work with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks?
Yes. OziDesktop is a Xero Gold Partner, and we also keep books in MYOB and QuickBooks. You do not have to change software to work with us.
Our books are behind. Can you catch them up first?
Yes. We start with a review, bring the records up to date and fix any coding problems. After that we move to a regular routine.
Can you run our payroll, including STP and super?
Yes. We process pay runs, report them through Single Touch Payroll and handle PAYG withholding. We prepare the super payments for you to approve, or make them for you if you authorise us. The payroll page has the detail.
How often do you send bookkeeping reports?
Monthly or quarterly, whichever suits the business. We agree the reports and the timing with you at the start.
Do you lodge our BAS as well?
Yes. BAS is a separate service, and the same team prepares it from the books we keep.
